Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

You can cancel your paid plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable consumer law.

Refund terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. In general, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact support to discuss your situation. Statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected.

If a free trial is offered for a paid plan, the trial period and any conditions (such as payment method requirement, automatic conversion, or cancellation window) will be clearly communicated before you start the trial.

If you reach your plan's usage limits (e.g., AI questions, chart analyses, backtests), you will need to wait for the limit to reset or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Additional usage fees are not currently charged; limits reset on a daily or monthly basis depending on the feature.

All market data and analysis features included in your selected plan are covered by the plan price. There are no additional data or market access fees for the features shown on this page. Any future premium data add-ons would be communicated separately.
